Turkey Burger Sliders

Turkey Burger Sliders

I was food-prepping a couple weeks ago and threw these together in a hurry. They turned out great! Awesome for adding to a big salad or even throwing a few in a stir-fry after you cook some veggies and need a bit of protein.

All you need is a muffin tin, some ground turkey (preferably organic), some cooked quinoa, onion, pepper, or any other veggie you want to add, and an egg. You could even dice up some cheese but I did not, cause it doesn't always agree with me. Sorry TMI.

Ingredients:
  • 1 package of Ground turkey (I used organic Wegmans brand)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 mini peppers, chopped
  • 1 egg, organic
  • 1/4-1/3 cup of cooked quinoa (I used a quinoa/kale frozen mix from Aldi)
  • Any spices you like (salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, basil, garlic powder,etc...)
Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients together and mix until blended well (I just used my hands to mix). Scoop out and form into balls and place into oiled muffin tin. Be sure to have an even amount in all slots.

Cook for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy. Store in the fridge.
